This position has a global focus. Therefore, we are looking for candidates with international experience or with international ambitions and affinity.

• Advising the Board on the policy and developments of the Company Management System and CSR.
• Maintaining the Company Management System in line with the ISO 9001 and the requirements of BAM International
• Maintaining a high level of quality and CSR awareness within the entire BAM International organisation
• Providing CSR and quality system training and assistance throughout the company’s operations
• Liaising with BAM holding on sustainability reporting
• Managing the department activities and representing the department at internal meetings as required.
• Ensuring the achievement of the targets set for the department in the company’s operational plans
• Monitoring the quality of QA/QC and related staff throughout the whole organisation and providing advice and support with respect to training and development.

As Corporate Quality Manager you have the following qualifications:

• University/Higher Technical College construction related qualification
• At least 10 years working experience with a contractor or engineer’s representative (overseas experience desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Result driven and excellent in planning and organising
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Self motivating
• Eager to travel abroad frequently
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
