Rehabilitation of the aprons, runways, associated civil works and part of the AGL-system.

BAM International completed the second phase of the rehabilitation at Julius Nyerere International Airport in December 2010.
The project included the further upgrading of the airfield ground lighting system, the rehabilitation of existing taxiway and the upgrading of the secondary runway and apron. Improvement of the existing drainage system and improvement of the environmental situation around the airport territories were also part of the contract.
