The history of the Group’s construction activities in the area Asia Pacific goes back to the early twentieth century, when Netherlands Harbourworks executed projects in China and Indonesia. Since the early 1970s our company has successfully extended its civil engineering activities into other countries in the area. Over the last 30 years, many marine and building projects have been designed and constructed by BAM International's subsidiary PT BAM Decorient Indonesia.
