Construction of an eighteen floor high quality residential building of 31,500 m² surface area.

In first instance planned as a residential building with 84 apartments, the design was changed during construction into a more luxurious 140 hotel apartment building.

The luxury level of the apartments is immediately obvious in the selected sanitary wares, the integrated home automation, a system providing telephone, data and television network in one scheme. To complete the picture, residents have the use of a swimming pool with gymnasium and sauna.
