BAM built the structural works for the west and east hotels of the Emirates Palace, including the underground three-story car park, the central integral garage and access ramps to all levels. Works included the construction of the 40-metre high triumphal arch with dome that is being used as the exclusive entrance for the royal family. Furthermore BAM carried out all external works to the hotel and the soft landscaping, two full size swimming pools and other water features with associated plant rooms and helipad with emergency fire foam system.
