Located adjacent to the Ibn Battuta Mall at Jebel Ali in Dubai, this 200,000 m² complex comprises offices, apartments and a five star Mövenpick hotel. The five-star hotel offers 396 guestrooms 156 furnished apartments, 15 themed suites and an extensive spa.

The arch-shaped gate building connecting the two main buildings spans across a four-lane-road. Continued maintenance traffic over this road and the proximity of the operational mall meant that BAM International had a major challenge in keeping the immediate surroundings safe while construction took place up to a height of 60 metres.
