Construction of the 3-star 308-rooms hotel Premier Inn at Abu Dhabi International Airport. The hotel is set to open in December 2012. The contract value is €18 million (Dh75 million).

The new Premier Inn hotel will be the first major hotel within the Abu Dhabi airport complex on a building area of 14,000 m2 and will be linked to Terminal 1 and 3 by a retail corridor. The hotel will comprise six storeys and shall feature – beside the 308 guest rooms – a restaurant, bar, coffee outlet and several meeting rooms.

The design of the new Premier Inn hotel will showcase contemporary architecture, with the building appearing as two intersecting masses. The façade will be fitted out out with glass and aluminium cladding.
