Vopak Horizon Fujairah operates the first independent onshore oil terminal outside the Arabian Gulf. The marine facilities of Vopak Horizon Fujairah originally comprised a 1.2-kilometre approach trestle and four berths for vessels up to 150,000 DWT and one single-point mooring system.

BAM International has extended the facilities with two new berths (numbered five and six), which are connected to the end of the existing trestle. The new berths are suitable for vessels of up to 110,000 DWT.
