At BAM International a great deal of attention is paid to training and education.

As part of Royal BAM Group, BAM International makes use of the opportunities and possibilities offered by the BAM Business School (BBS). BBS presents a large variety of training courses in the field of management, competence, skills and safety to support the career from a junior engineer to senior management and staff.

 

Training-on-the-job has been the practice at BAM International for some time. When working abroad, but also at the head office in Gouda, employees are trained simply by doing their job coached by an experienced colleague.
