New phase for WTC, Amsterdam

HBG Utiliteitsbouw [in joint venture] has almost completed the renovation and extension of the World Trade Centre in Amsterdam and is now getting ready for the next phase.

The second project will provide an office tower of 28 floors with a lower wing of seven floors, offering 40,000 sqare meters of floor space. Car parking space floor 1,200 cars is to be constructed in a basement. The new buidlings will be connected to the WTC by a tunnel.

The offices will be completed in 2004 and will provide accommodations for 400 companies and 4,000 employees.
